SCENARIO 1:
You're meeting with your customer to accept payment in person.
Let your customer tap and go with Tap to Pay on iPhone
With an eligible iPhone, getting paid in person is as simple as asking your customer for a contactless card or digital wallet. Just log into your Your Financial Institution mobile app and click Tap to Pay on your dashboard to get started.
Once approved, your customer can just tap their card or device over the top of your iPhone to pay in seconds.
Have your QR code ready to scan
If your customer doesn't have a contactless card or digital wallet set up, wants to pay using ACH -- or maybe you don't use an iPhone -- your QR code is a perfect way to get paid in person.
Inside the Payment Link tab in your Your Financial Institution account, just click Display QR code. After scanning your QR code, your customer will be directed to your secure payment form to submit payment from their mobile device.
SCENARIO 2:
Your customer is too busy—or far away—to meet in person
Include your Payment Link in a text message or email
There's no need to ask your customer to go out of their way to pay. Your Payment Link can be easily sent via text or email to let your customer pay from wherever they may be. Just access Autobooks from your Your Financial Institution account and head to the Payment Link tab to get started.
Once your customer clicks your Payment Link, they'll be directed to your secure payment form to enter their card or bank account details to pay.
SCENARIO 3:
Your customer wants to pay over the phone
Enter your customer's payment details in-app
Collect your customer's payment details over the phone and use the same simple, secure payment form to key in a payment on their behalf. Access Autobooks from your Your Financial Institution account, head to the Payment Link tab, and click Enter Payment Details to get started.
