Eric from Autobooks touching base. It appears that it has been a while since you've been paid through Autobooks into your Your Financial Institution account.

If you're with a customer, you can accept all types of in person payments (physical debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and other digital wallets) with Tap to Pay on iPhone in your Your Financial Institution mobile app. No matter what payment method your customer uses, you'll pay 2.75% per transaction.

To accept a payment with Tap to Pay on iPhone, simply: 

  1. Log into your Your Financial Institution mobile app to get paid with Tap to Pay on iPhone. 
  2. Enter the amount to be paid. 
  3. Ask your customer to hold their preferred payment method over your iPhone. 
  4. When you see the "done" checkmark, the transaction is complete, and you will have the option to send your customer a receipt via email.
